Delivery Timeframes & Rates

Delivery costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the total size/weight of your order. You can view the exact delivery charge for your order during the checkout process before payment is finalized.

We offer a Discounted Freight rate for orders over a certain value, which is automatically applied at checkout. Please note that not all delivery areas are eligible for this discount.

Delivery Methods

We primarily deliver via a partnered road freight carrier for reliable service across our delivery network.

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): For your convenience, our standard delivery service includes Authority to Leave (where safe and possible). This means the driver can leave your parcel in a secure location at the delivery address without requiring a signature. You can opt-out of this service during checkout if you prefer.
  • Click & Collect: We offer a free ‘Click & Collect’ service from our Sydney Distribution Centre. Select ‘Pickup’ as your delivery method at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid form of photo ID when collecting your items.

Delivery Terms & Process

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver to most metropolitan and regional areas. Specific remote locations may have restricted services or additional charges.
  • Delivery Instructions: You can add specific delivery instructions (e.g., “Leave at side gate”) during checkout. While our drivers will make every effort to follow these, we cannot guarantee it in all circumstances.
  • Checking Your Delivery: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is correct and complete. Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the packaging or products, you must note this on the freight driver’s consignment note at the time of delivery.
  • Failed or Delayed Deliveries: If a delivery is attempted but fails (e.g., no one present at a non-ATL address, or incorrect address), additional redelivery fees may apply. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather or carrier logistics.

Receiving & Inspecting Your Order

We take great care in packing your orders. However, we recommend you inspect all items as soon as possible after delivery.

Important Notes

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
  • We currently do not offer direct international shipping from our website.
  • For large, bulky, or heavy orders, delivery may be made via a tailgate truck, which requires the recipient to be present to offload the goods.
  • All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from a delay in delivery.
